Miyawaki Inverted Bucket Traps
use steam to fill an inverted bucket submerged
in condensate that has a higher density then the
steam. As steam enters the bucket it begins to rise. A seat mechanism
that is attached to bucket closes and stops the discharge of
condensate. As condensate starts to enters the trap the bucket
begins to fall opening the seat mechanism and discharging the
condensate.
